Couldn't recommend more for a date night
Charming room, beautiful decor, the complimentary Kendal mint cake liqueur was a delightful surprise that added to our enjoyable stay, and the welcoming atmosphere in the bar area made us feel right at home during our visit.

We had a lovely family stay at the inn. The location was perfect for visiting Windermere and Bowness, and our room was spacious, definitely accommodating for us and our kid. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the restaurant, which was the highlight of our trip.
In my wife’s opinion, some more family-friendly activities would have been great, especially for kids who love to explore.

Cozy room, convenient location, with friendly staff who made our arrival smooth and enjoyable as well as complimentary drinks that added a nice touch to the stay. it's also just a short walk to the boat tours for exploring the area.
